The normal processing time for local orders (Kingdom of Bahrain) is 24 hours, delivery will be on the next day or the day after depending on the timing of the order. The normal processing time for International orders is 48 hours, delivery will depend on where you live around 4 - 9 days.
You will receive Email/SMS notifications with the status of your order. Tracking will be provided for all international orders. Yes, you can cancel your order within a 24 hour period. Unfortunately, once the 24 hour period has passed we can no longer cancel your order.
You can place your order through our website. Of course, if you are having trouble placing your order, you can email our customer support team and one of our members will help you through it
Charges are calculated directly from the carrier depending on where you are located.
Taxes and duty are calculated automatically in the checkout process for the Kingdom of Bahrain and all GCC countries. For shipments to all other International Countries, we currently only offer Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means the customer is responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. At times, your package may be delivered to your local post office.

Unfortunately, we do not have any offline stores at the moment. We are currently online based only.
